We did it! We finally bought a house... 4ish months ago.
You'd think that I would have been all over the blogging with pictures of the new place but I am a slacker and I unfortunately discovered a handful of pretty fun video games that have kept me procrastinating. But no more!
Right here and now I vow to start blogging about our house adventures.
I thought I'd go through with posting the content above because it has now been almost a year and I haven't posted a damn thing about the house! Ha!
In other news I've run 98 miles on my treadmill since the new year!

Snurping Taple
The newest Whitterism!
Last fall I was finding these little guys all over the place! The first one I found was injured and beyond help unfortunately, so I actually sat in the grass next to it and cried. Yup. Luckily I think that the nest was close by because later that same week I found 3 more in good health and I took each one down to the pond and hopefully gave it a little head start! That pond better be teeming with little baby snappers now!
One thing about these little guys is that they stink. Sooo smelly.

I haven't posted a darn thing in months and all I have to say now is that I am training for my first half marathon on June 1st!
